The Kangook Amaruk XD
How to do you make a great thing even better? You make it bigger of course! The Amaruk XD features an eXtend Diameter of 151cm, specifically design to accommodate 140cm propellers.
So, what’s the big deal with a bigger prop? More power, better climb rates, and less fuel burn can all be expected from higher aspect ratio props (longer and skinnier).
Amaruk Amaruk XD uses the same core geometry as the Amaruk. Each hoop section features a secondary hoop growing the cage to 151cm. The added hoop adds incredible strength perfect for power forwards, tandems, acro, and demanding pilots!
The 3-piece hoops can be removed and are secured to the frame with straps and to each other with high strength Velcro. They can be installed or removed in less than 2 minutes making transport to the field a breeze regardless the type of vehicle.
The kangook Amaruk
Whether you’re an acro pilot looking for a tough frame to perfect your art, a beginner looking forward to your first flights, or anywhere in between, The Kangook Amaruk is sure to check all of the boxes!
The Amaruk features a 140cm cage allowing the use of propellers up to 135cm in diameter. The engine is mounted directly to the frame eliminating any unnecessary weight from engine adapters and the thrust line features a slight negative angle causing the thrust line to pass below the pivot of the swing arms. Additional weight has been saved by removing provisions for J-bar arms while reinforcing the mounting for the popular stainless-steel and CNC swan neck style arms. The center frame geometry has been updated to provide maximum strength while also enhancing safety and maximizing netting coverage where it matters most.

The Kangook Phoenix K2
The Phoenix K2 by Kangook Paramotors was introduced in December of 2019, in time for the start of the 2020 flying season. It features standard enhanced netting coverage, CNC cut spars on each of the hoop pieces, and is available in 132cm and 146 cm diameters. The 132cm Phoenix K2 allows the use of propellers up 125cm. The 146cm Phoenix K2 allows the use of propellers up 135cm.
Similar to the Kangook Classic, the Phoenix K2 starts with the classic center frame. The classic frame is available with two engine attachment possibilities. The direct engine attachment features engine mounting rails welded to the frame providing for the lightest possible paramotor. The other option is the multi fit frame. The classic multi fit frame features a generic mounting which utilizes an engine adapter specific to the engine of choice. The multi fit frame can be refitted for a different engine at any time by replacing the engine adapter.
The kangook Vikking
The Kangook Vikking is the most affordable frame offered, but don’t mistake value for cheap quality. The simple yet effective frame offers high strength at a low weight. The Vikking is available in a 132cm cage allowing the use of propellers up to 125cm and a 146cm cage allowing the use propellers up to 135cm!
The Kangook Vikking 132 starts with a unique frame used only on the Vikking 132 model. The frame can be configured for direct engine attachment or the multi fit engine mount which utilizes an engine adapter specific to the engine of choice. The multi fit frame can be refitted for a different engine at any time by replacing the engine adapter. he Kangook Vikking 146 utilizes the same “classic” frame used on the Phoenix K2 as well as the Classic allowing to be converted to the 146cm version of those models at any time!

The Kangook classic
The Kangook Classic is the only model offered by Kangook Paramotors that comes with a double hoop completely protecting the propeller. This is an excellent configuration for schools, beginners, trikes, and those that prefer a clutch-less motor. Just like the Phoenix K2 and the Vikking, the Classic is available in 132cm and 146cm cage diameters. The 132cm Kangook Classic allows the use of propellers up 125cm. The 146cm Kangook Classic allows the use of propellers up 135cm.
Similar to the Kangook Phoenix K2, the Classic starts with the classic center frame.
Why Wheel Launch a Powered Paraglider?
Never again will nil wind forwards be a concern! Trikes offer a great opportunity for those who want to paramotor but would prefer not to or are unable to foot launch. All Kangook trikes come standard with pneumatic tires and an available bubble tire option. The axles are quickly removable with a simple quick disconnect pin used for attachment. To provide a nicer ride and serve as the suspension, the axles are made of reinforced fiberglass. All trike construction is backed by a 3 year guarantee!
The Basik Trike
The Kangook Basik trike is available in two configurations, the standard and the komfort. The Basik standard is an independent trike frame allowing the quick attachment of a foot launch paramotor. Any Kangook paramotor can be attached to the Basik, however we strongly recommend the strength and protection provided by the Kangook Classic frame. The Basik komfort starts with the Basik standard trike and also incorporates roll bars for additional safety and stability. In this configuration the paramotor frame is more securely mounted to the frame offering great strength at the expense of modularity.

The KX-1 Trike
Like Kangook KX-1 is very similar to the Basik. The KX-1 is slightly longer and incorporates fully welded diagonal stiffeners. Much like the Basik, the KX-1 comes in multiple configurations. The KX-1 standard is an independent trike frame allowing the quick attachment of a foot launch paramotor. Any Kangook paramotor can be attached to the KX-1, however we strongly recommed the strength and protection provided by the Kanggok Classic frame. The KX-1 komfort solo package adds roll bars for enhanced safety and stability. In this configuration the paramotor frame is more securely mounted to the frame offering great strength at the expense of modularity. The KX-1 komfort tandem package uses extended roll bars allowing the use of a second seat in a tandem configuration. In the USA this requires an exemption under a FAR 103.
The Nanook Evo
The Nanook Evo is a full size trike! This monster makes full use of the larger 2-stroke engines available today. With the Polini 303 or the Vittorazi Cosmos 300 and a 150cm prop, you will never be wanting for power! Available in solo and tandem configurations, this is the high performance trike to have!
