Featuring our Flow Aligned Ribs (FAR), the F1’s design optimizes the airflow from center to tip, enhancing both performance and stability across all speeds. Its roll stability is particularly noteworthy, ensuring agile and precise control.

The canopy’s design, with 2 strategic “3D cuts,” optimizes leading-edge shape for improved aerodynamics. The sail’s tension is fine-tuned for a cohesive and reliable performance in the air.

The riser, speed system, and trim system have been overhauled to integrate APCO’s latest innovations, offering an expansive speed range unmatched by any wing we’ve previously developed. Ready for takeoff at reasonable speeds, the F1 can accelerate up to 80 km/hour, perfect for competitive flying or those long-distance adventures. However, its exceptional speed means you might just outfly your companions unless they, too, are on an F1.

With trimmers closed, the F1 excels in thermalling, boasting an exceptional glide ratio. On those days when mixing it up feels right, effortlessly reach for the clouds.

Opening the trimmers unlocks a significant speed boost of approximately 15 km/hour, all without the need for a speed bar. Opt for the speed bar, and the OAA system propels you swiftly to maximum velocity.

Every aspect of the F1’s construction focuses on minimizing weight while upholding APCO’s renowned durability. The lightweight design, as minimal as 4 kg, facilitates surprisingly easy inflation, even in calm conditions.
